What does 'Vulcan' contain?

'Vulcan' is a machine created for the rapid curing of textile screen printing. Its operation consists of an air system that extracts moisture for quick and instant drying. The system also has the function of reducing gas consumption by up to 25%, reducing the emission of polluting gases and saving energy.

'Vulcan' is made up of 4 basic elements

'Vulcan' touch screen

Through its 7’’ touch screen you can program the speed, temperature and drying settings. A button is also available to automatically cool down the machine after the process is finished.

Tunnel

The Vulcan drying tunnel is composed of a double stainless steel wall to keep the heat in the chamber and thus create thermal insulation. The construction of the machine has high efficiency and saves gas thanks to its air supply system. Something to keep in mind is that the Vulcan machine contains removable access panels, which will allow for better cleaning and maintenance of the machine.

Conveyed belt

The opening mouth of the machine adjusts to each product so as not to release internal heat. The conveyor belt is made of Teflon coated fibreglass with rollers for heavy load.

Heating System

The Vulcan machine contains a gas system (compatible with natural gas), which can reach a maximum temperature of 450º F. Thanks to the ventilation of the drying tunnel, it allows a close control of the exhaust gases.
