What is sublimation?

Sublimation is a very common technique today that is used to personalize any type of product.

Sublimation is a process by which the state of the ink that we use to print goes from a solid to a gaseous one on the fabric. Through this technique, the colours are kept alive and the fabric can be washed countless times without losing its properties.

Process

  • Image selection and editing

First we must select and prepare the design or image that we want to make so that it conforms to the measurement standards that we want.

  • Printing

Once the design is done, we go to print with the sublimation printers on the thermal paper. When the printing is finished, we let the design dry for a few minutes.

  • Thermal printing process

Once the paper is ready, we will sublimate with the thermal plate. In this phase we apply heat at the temperature and time established in the product sheet and let it cool.
