High quality finishes for industrial production lines

TI-002HM has been designed to guarantee top quality thermoprinting stampings on industrial production lines. The whole process is automatic with high precision movements of the servo-motorized mechanical parts. In addition, the different stamping heads allow their pressure adjustment individually. The machine has an automatic dust removal system so that the stamping is perfect. It also has an automatic pre-registration system.

Security and control

TI-002HM is a very easy machine to operate. It is easily programmed and controlled from a touch screen accessible from a PLC control electronics. The machine complies with the safety requirements demanded by the EU and has a closing and isolation system that prevents the formation of vapors in the workplace.

Wide range of objects or products

TI-002HM allows the thermal printing of a wide range of objects with a maximum size of 75 mm in diameter and 150 mm in height). By default, automatic product loading is through a conveyor belt with a suction system, but for smaller objects such as lipsticks it is possible to install an additional hopper system plus an elevator.
