Characteristics

THINNER TAV

It is the washing solvent developed by TOSH for cleaning all parts that are in contact with inks. Suitable for both manual cleaning and use in automatic washing tanks, it is characterized by excellent dissolving power, long-lasting efficiency and a light, non-penetrating odor. Its high evaporation point makes it slow to air dry, but at the same time it is a guarantee of long-term efficiency. Its formulation with solvents with low environmental impact makes it valid also in terms of safety in the work environment.

USE: It is used to clean all parts that are in contact with inks. It is also used to clean pads, when it is necessary to remove excess silicone oil from their surface, without altering the chemical composition of the silicone rubber.

THINNER HTV 4
Specific solvent for ultrasonic tanks, developed by TOSH to wash all parts that are in contact with inks and must be clean, it is also suitable for manual cleaning.

USE: It is used in both ultrasonic cleaning tanks and manual washing tanks. It is characterized by a high solvent power, capable of eliminating dry inks for a long time. It has a low evaporation and emission to the atmosphere and allows long wear times before replacement, has a neutral odor and the high flash point allows its safe use up to 65 ° C. It does not require ADR class for transport.
