Quality flat screen printing for industrial productions

SA-0906SCC is a machine that has been designed to show high efficiency in printing flat objects in industrial productions. The machine achieves high screen printing speeds (up to 1200 cycles / hour) and the servo-motorized movements of the screen printing head and table or support through precision linear guides allow high quality screen printing finishes. For multicolour screen printing, the machine has a self-registration system by pins (optional).

Easy control and installation

The machine is easily controlled by an operator from a touch screen accessible via a PLC control system. It is a solution designed for insertion in industrial production lines and meets all the safety requirements demanded by the EU. Optionally, an automatic product unloading system consisting of a conveyor belt can be added.
