How does the machine work?

The development of this printing system is based on the indirect hollow-engraving procedure and was developed for the printing of cylindrical circular pieces or flat hollow bodies. The rotary pad printing mechanism operates by means of a cylinder shaped silicone pad attached to another cylindrical plate. The reasons for introducing and developing rotary pad printing in the field of labeling and decorations by direct printing for technical and packaging parts of all kinds are the following: Possibility of printing on difficult surfaces, such as low relief, Vaulted surfaces, extremely pronounced edges, uneven surfaces, etc., had been very difficult or absolutely impossible because of the decoration procedures used so far. High production speeds - approx. 30-50 meters / minute In many cases it is significantly faster than conventional decoration and labeling procedures (see above mentioned problems), with unvarying print quality.

Simple operation of the machines, so no trained personnel is needed. Quick-change device for plastic clichés in all rotary printing mechanisms, whether they are Horizontal or vertical. In cases of large quantities of pieces to be decorated, the printing mechanisms operate with cylindrical clichés made of special burnished 65rc steel. For medium quantities and polychrome prints it is possible to work more comfortably with plastic clichés without a reduction in quality. The user himself can make these plastic clichés, for this only a positive film and warm water are necessary. Thus, the maintenance costs of the rotary pad printing machine are favorable and economical.
