

The PAS / PAD 0.5 device is used for the pre-treatment of small plastic parts such as injection moulded parts, cups and tubes before gluing and printing them. a maximum speed of 15m / min can be achieved. (depending on the material). PAS / PAD 0.5 systems have a built-in free-irradiation electrode that does not require a grounded counter electrode. The system consists of a frequency converter and a power transducer that creates a high voltage spark that is transferred from the electrode to the surface to be treated using a flow of air. The resulting plasma activates plastic surfaces so that printing ink, paints, adhesives, etc. stay anchored to these.
Inside the cabinet there is a blower that creates the air flow, a frequency converter, and a power transducer for each electrode. The electrode head is connected to the system by two hoses. One for the air flow, and the other for the voltage connection. The system is equipped with a digital interface (24VDC) with 3 inputs and 4 outputs. The interface is built from a 16-pin industrial connector. The industrial connector consists of 16 pins.
