Lightning is a manual screen printing octopus that can be easily installed in any workshop or local due to its small size. Strong yet lightweight, the Lightning is easy to move and set up. It is ergonomically designed for ease of use, and the dual bearing system allows smooth movement for all-day T-shirt printing.

Its simplicity in its operation and ergonomic design makes it very pleasant to work with. You do not need tools to start it up. Its padding system and low weight allow you to move your arms with ease.

One of the most important characteristics is the quality of the materials with which it has been manufactured, which allows that the quality of the serigraphs obtained with this octopus does not diminish over time.

Lightning is prepared to carry out quality multicolour screen printing: It has a double locking system for the arms, and its screen printing clamps ensure perfect stability. In addition, it has three micro-registration points: Forward and backward, to the sides and rotation, and they are independent of the movement of the arms.

Different configurations available

Lightning is available in different configurations depending on the number of arms and workstations. We can find versions ranging from 4 arms to 4 stations up to versions with 8 arms and 8 stations. In all configurations, we find an adjustable clamping system for holding screen printing screens up to 66 cm x 91 cm. These different configurations allow to have a solution that adjusts to the production needs.

Packaging

The Lightning printing octopus consists of pallet packaging dimensions of 1700x1700x1300 mm, measures that give the envelope a fairly regular shape in order to facilitate the transport of this pallet.

Supplied fully assembled and arms removed. You only need to install the arms in position, and you are ready to go. It does not require any specialist technician for assembly.
