Description
The insolator is fitted with a powerful vacuum system with visible vacuum pressure. The vacuum that is created is instantaneous by means of UV light lamps, since it has the capacity to do it in 10 seconds. It contains a high quality lamp from Germany (Philips) with a power of 0.14Kw x 8pcs and a high and precise exposure result. It is easy to operate and adjust according to your need. In addition, it has a visual timer and a maximum exposure area of 680x560 mm. This unit is used both to make the photopolymer plate (steel plate) for the pad printing machines, and to make the screen printing screens.
