What is Goccopro 100?

Goccopro 100 is the first digital quality screen printing screen printer. With Goccopro 100 you will create screens for screen printing in less than 5 minutes and of superior quality to the screens made by traditional screen printing. Goccopro 100 is ideal for working in the advertising and communication sector.



Easily create silkscreens of unattainable quality with the traditional method

The screens for serigraphy obtained with Goccopro 100 far exceed the quality that can be obtained with the traditional method. It should be remembered that the machine engraves on the screen fabric in high resolution, obtaining details that allow to gain great added value in screen printing jobs.



How does Goccopro 100 work?

To create screens with Goccopro 100 you do not need experience in screen printing, since its operation is as simple as that of a printer. You simply have to send the image file to be silkscreened to the machine in any of the many accepted formats (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF, Word, jpg, gif, etc.) after indicating its measurements in the Program. Next, Goccopro 100 will engrave the image on a polyester fabric by means of a thermal process. Finally, the machine will automatically cut the fabric with the appropriate measures to make it ready to be mounted on the frame or screen printing box. The screen generation process takes a few minutes.

Better results at the lowest cost

As in the case of Goccopro QS 200, Goccopro 100 represents a breakthrough in the optimization of the screen printing process. It is a compact solution the size of a printer that can be installed on a table and the fact that it does not need water or photoliths means that the activity can be established in any place. One of the most interesting aspects is that reagents and emulsions are not needed, which eliminates the headache caused by liquid waste. But also, along with saving water and reducing the time required to make the screen to a few minutes, the use of Goccopro 100 represents a significant saving in costs. In short, Goccopro 100 makes screen printing a much more profitable activity.
