FTS flamers are flaming units designed for industry. Its modular construction allows its installation in any industrial production line. It presents excellent results in the pre-treatment of metal, plastic, glass surfaces: The FTS unit produces an ideal gas and air mixture to generate a flame whose plasma activates the surfaces, increasing their surface energy and thus allowing greater adherence of the surfaces. inks, lacquers, etc.

Components of FTS flamers

FTS is composed of a casing that houses a pneumatic and electrical system with which it produces the gas-air mixture for combustion. The burner in charge of combustion is connected to the equipment by means of a flexible hose. The air supply is carried out by means of a fan whose speed is controlled from a control panel, which allows adjusting the power of the flame from 30% to 100%. On the control panel there are indicators for monitoring activity.

Reliable equipment that guarantees good performance

The mixing ratio is independent of the fan speed, which always ensures a perfect flame. The mixture is constantly measured by a rotameter for its control.
