Quality UV curing for large objects
CUV600 has been designed for UV light curing of large objects of different shapes: It allows curing of objects 30 cm high and features a 60 cm wide tape. It is possible to use all or half of the UV lamps. In addition, the speed of the belt is adjustable, as well as the distance between the lamps and the object in order to have maximum control over the curing and adjust as much as possible to the different sizes of the objects. Features two sets of UV lamps facing each other to ensure uniform curing of the object. It also has a cooling system to control the temperature inside the tunnel and increase the life of the UV lamps.
