High performance IR drying tunnel for industrial production lines
CIR1000 is a solution designed to meet the needs of curing large objects in industrial production lines. The tunnel has dimensions of 30 cm high and 1 m wide. The entrance mouth of the tunnel is adjustable to adapt to the different measurements of the different objects. The tunnel has a system of high efficiency IR lamps (8 KW) with an air circulation system for temperature control and conservation of the useful life of the system.
Full control of curing
CIR1000 allows the adjustment of the temperature from 0 to 230 degrees centigrade as well as the adjustment of the speed of the conveyor belt from 10 cm / min to 100 cm / min for a total control of the curing of the object.
