Efficiency for your production line

With SA-52SF you will achieve high quality print finishes of your products at speeds for industrial production lines (up to 3000 pieces per hour). The machine is designed for screen printing of flat objects from 2 to 5 colors automatically controlled by individual servo motors. It has an automatic LED curing system after each screen-printed color.

SA-52SF is a configurable machine

This machine can work as a semi-automatic machine with manual loading of the product on the conveyor or as a 100% automatic machine integrated into a production line, where the product is loaded through a suction system. Product discharge is automatic in both cases through a suction system. In addition to the screen printing function, one of the heads can be replaced by a thermo-printing head, to have a machine that can perform screen printing and thermo-printing at the same time in one cycle.

Safety and operation

SA-52SF complies with all the safety requirements demanded by the EU. It is interesting that it has a closure system that isolates the screen printing or thermo-printing area from the operator. Its programming and control is done easily from a touch screen.
