A-011PEN is an automatic machine for the screen printing of flat and cylindrical objects in a single color. Although the standard configuration foresees drying by means of an infrared oven, prior modification during construction, it is possible to adapt to the use of UV inks with the corresponding halogen or LED UV drying as desired.

The capacities of the maximum and minimum dimensions of the objects can be transformed according to the needs at the time of construction.

The delivery time for these systems is 10-12 weeks.

A-011PEN is a flat and cylindrical screen printing machine for industrial productions

A-011PEN is a fully automatic machine for screen printing of objects in industrial production lines. Product loading is done automatically by means of a hopper. The system for curing the product can optionally be an infrared or UV curing system (infrared curing allows the use of solvent-based inks). Especially if the curing is by infrared, the machine has a product cooling system before unloading it (also automatic).

Dimensions of the objects to be printed

A-011PEN enables printing of flat and small cylindrical objects: The printing diameter is 3-20mm along with a cone angle of 3 degrees. The length of the printing area is 70 - 180 mm and a right-left printing stroke of 20-80 mm.

Renting option

At croma Ibérica we offer our clients the possibility of renting this equipment.

Training for use in our facilities is included in all equipment.

30 years of experience support our recommendation to carry out the training in our facilities for different reasons, but mainly because the people involved are fully dedicated to training, without external agents to interfere or interrupt, in addition to the fact that the people to train can see first-hand hand, other systems or tools that can complement the planned training and provide a broader knowledge of the process.
