Description of A-001SM

A-001SM is an automatic loading machine by means of a vacuum gripping system of the object to be silk-screened for installation in industrial production lines. However, there is the semiautomatic version of the machine, whose loading of the product to be silk-screened is done manually by means of the conveyor belt. The rest of the screen printing stages is fully automatic: the flaming of the object, the screen printing of the product, its unloading, etc.

High performance and precision systems

A-001SM is designed for automatic screen printing of flat objects on industrial production lines. Its automatic servo-directed operation achieves precision and high printing speed (up to 3000 pieces / hour). It has an optional system to avoid the accumulation of dust on the object to be printed due to static electricity, as well as an American-made UV LED curing system. Its operation is very simple and it is easily programmable through a control touch screen. It complies with the safety standards required by the EU.

Training for use in our facilities is included in all equipment.
