High speed and efficiency for industrial production lines

A-701S is a high performance screen printing machine capable of object screen printing speeds of up to 3000 pieces / hour. In addition, the entire process is fully automated, loading the product, unloading the product, flaming the product, etc. The product moves along the screen printing points of the machine through a transmission chain. One aspect that we would like to highlight is that it is possible to replace the screen printing system with a thermo-printing head, allowing to combine the screen printing of the piece with the thermo-printing of the same in the same cycle. For multi-color screen printing, it has a camera viewing system that allows multi-color screen printing without the need for registration.

Energy saving

A-701S has a low consumption UV LED curing system, which allows significant savings. Optionally you can have a UV electrical system. In addition, it contains systems manufactured by international reference brands such as Schneider electrics, Panasonic, SMC for pneumatic systems, etc., which guarantees a long machine life and very little maintenance.

Ease of operation and safety

The automatic screen printing machines that we have selected are characterized by their ease of operation. These machines are easily programmable and controlled from a touch screen by any operator. A very important aspect is that they comply with the safety standards required by the EU.
