High reliability and quality in the screen printing of cylindrical objects

A-401SM is specially designed for multi-color screen printing of cylindrical objects such as metal, plastic and glass bottles and cups. Its operation is fully automatic by means of a servomotor, as well as its loading and unloading of product. This characteristic makes it very suitable for installation in production lines. For screen printing with UV ink, the system applies a UV LED treatment for pre-drying before applying a new color fully automatically. There is also the option of using hot melt inks.

Operation and safety

The A-401SM machine has been designed looking for the ergonomics of the operator's work. Its control and programming of cycles is carried out comfortably from a monitor accessible by an operator. One of the most important factors is safety: A-401SM meets the standards required by the European Union.
