High performance and reliability

A-023CNC achieves high speeds in the screen printing of glass objects such as bottles, cups, bottles for perfumery and cosmetics, etc. Its speed of up to 3000 silk-screened parts per hour makes it perfect for all types of industrial production lines. In addition, the loading and unloading of the product is 100% automatic by means of a multi-axis servo-robot and the silkscreens are precision thanks to its computerized numerical control. One of the most interesting aspects is the presence of a UV LED system for curing: This system has a much longer useful life and allows considerable energy savings.

Safety and operation

A-023CNC meets safety standards and is designed so that it can be easily programmed and set-up by an operator from a touch screen control. The change of product to be printed only takes a few minutes.

Machine available in different options

It is possible to have a simplified version for the screen printing of bottles. In this case, a servo-motorized print head is not available. The A-023CNC machine can also be fitted with a camera viewing system with which the system is capable of placing the product in the perfect position for screen printing of more than one color without the need for registration. In addition, as a sign of its flexibility, it is possible to replace the application of the second color with a hot stamping system, which allows the screen printing of one color plus hot stamping in a single cycle.
