High performance for automatic screen printing

The A-062CIM automatic screen printing machine is a precision servo-motor machine for screen printing of cylindrical objects such as bottles. Make perfect prints quickly and easily. It also has a series of characteristics that make it very efficient for medium and large productions. For example, the loading of the product is 100% automatic by means of a conveyor belt and a robot, it has an automatic flame treatment, an automatic pre-registration system and a rotation system for each product support.

To improve the screen printing results, A-062CIM has a UV LED curing system after each printing. The precision indexer is of Japanese manufacture, as well as the servo-motor has been manufactured by EtherCAT, an international benchmark. It is important to mention that the machine has safety locks so that the operator cannot accidentally access the printing area to avoid accidents as well as to avoid the formation of toxic vapors in the work area.
